0 calories! Doesn’t get better than that! I add these to my meal-prep salads with a little chili sauce. They taste like nothing, so you’ll need to spice them up a little 😀

I like the idea of these, but was not a fan at all of the taste or texture. Would not recommend and will not try again.

I recommend this product when you’re looking for a low calorie pasta substitute. Tastes good and texture is super similar to pasta. At 0 calories that’s pretty sweet. However, there isn’t much of a nutritional value(but does normal pasta have that much of a nutritional value?! Idt so!) I do recommend adding some protein for a well rounded lower calorie dish!!

These are incredible! Use these in place of any pasta (in cool salads or warm dishes) and they taste and feel just like the real thing without any of the calories.
