Consistenza non malaccio, anche se un po’ gommosa. Il problema è il gusto strano, per nulla gradevole e che non viene mascherato da spezie/aromi/salse
Tra i seitan che ho assaggiato fino ad oggi, è sicuramente il migliore. Giusta consistenza, sapore delicato, assorbe meglio le spezie e gli ingredienti durante la cottura.
Seitan molto buono, non il migliore in assoluto mai provato ma è ottimo.
