Love these noodles but must keep your eye on the cooking time. 1 minute too much and they fall apart. I also aim for slightly undercooked. Delicious!

I liked that the spaghetti was a little thicker than usual, the ingredients were a little different than usual, and there was no plastic packaging. In the last photo, I seemed to have put a bit too much cheese (plant-based, of course) on my pasta. That was not meant to cover /hide the taste of the pasta. The spaghetti was awesome; I cooked it al dente. I only have 2 complaints with this product: a) value - what you get for what you pay. There’s no way this package gives over 2 servings, especially if I’m eating it. 😜 b) the calorie count is very high. For the right price, I’d definitely buy it again.
Organic and reliable. Really impressed with the change to plastic free packages that GoGo Quinoa has recently done. High protein gluten-free pasta. Not much else to say besides it's a great option and I want this company to be rewarded for the efforts they're making to reduce plastic (still platic in their puffs packaging).
This was better than I expected. Tastes like regular spaghetti, same texture as regular spaghetti and does not fall apart. Would definitely buy again.
These noodles are great! I usually buy these just because the packaging is plastic free, but last night I had them in a ramen-style soup and they were perfect! Lighter than durum wheat pasta, they worked great as soup noodles.
