Amazing bittersweet almond cookies- if you love marzipan and Italian biscotti, you’ll love this .
The texture in the coconut makes one feel as though you’re eating fresh shredded coconut while sitting under a palm tree!

These are so addictive, I love cookies with some kind of nuts because they add
some crunch which is nice. The oats also added some nice chewy textures and the cookie itself was not too sweet so it doesn't feel sinful snacking on them and I think I had like 2 in a row!
