I ordered this wheat gluten on Amazon USA to make #seitan at home, but I was too lazy and never got the time to try it. Yesterday, I made some protein soy patties and thought I could add some wheat gluten along with my regular TVP, potatoes, and cabbage. It turned out great, each patty gives me about 20 grams of protein! I’ll definitely try to make seitan meat soon.
