plantspired plant-based steak Gochujang Flavor

I love these little yummy pouches of Nasoya’s run of tvp-based steak. These are so satisfying in terms of texture & flavor, I buy a bunch whenever I can find them, and could happily replace steak with this for the rest of my life.

The flavor was pleasantly great. I’m a gochujang addict so that helps :) The texture is what I imagine fatty beef to taste like so it wasn’t super pleasant. I would love it to have a bit more chewy texture to it. Otherwise it’s great!

This was a wonderful steak substitute! I paired it with some broccoli and put it over rice for a delicious meal!
