Organic Super Firm Tofu

I love to buy organic when I can. This tofu is called super firm but

is not as firm as others I’ve tried. I would definitely eliminate the word “super”, hehe!

Decent tofu. Firm and also makes nice scrambled tofu

The texture of this tofu is brilliant and is perfect for making tofu egg. Definitely

not super firm though!

I absolutely love tofu! In my fridge there are always few packs of tofu.

Good quality of Tofu, and it is super firm indeed, perfect for pan fry. It

was also a good surprise finding organic tofu in a supermarket.
