Plant iron and organic herbs

I've just started taking this iron supplement, the taste of it is pretty strong, I definitely like the b12 spray much better.

If you prefer a liquid iron like I do try this one on for size. So many benefits plus the taste is nice and smooth. It was on sale at Lassen's, but can be found online as well!
