Love this cheesecake, especially with some canned cherry pie filling. I wish there was a little bit more a crust though, mine was a touch soggy when I had it.
This was so good, i ate it all the same night, my cat helped me.
It’s not bad and looks worse than it tastes. Made apparently from lima beans and oats. The bottom is a bit sweet. It could be better if it were a bit more firm but the texture is very soft if you like that. Lighter than dairy cheesecake but is probably just as bad for you. Has a great cheesy taste and not sure how! Also I thawed it in the fridge but now will try putting it back in the freezer to see if it’s better
Love this cheesecake! I like to keep one of these and a chocolate one in the freezers in case we have company or something. It has been a hit with non-vegan family members as well. Price is good and tastes great!
