Pizza Bases (Gluten-Free)

I'm not usually a fan of gluten free pizza bases but these were really good. They didn't crumble or break after cooking and crisped up quite nicely. I'd buy these again.

These came out better than expected. It holds its shape and the flavour of the tomato base is good.
