Red pesto. I found the taste quite intense: a little goes a long way. Suma is a vegetarian cooperative trading directly with farmer co-ops, Full vegetarian range, with mostly vegan items ( i suppose they still work with dairy cooperatives too?). Still, they’re one of the more #ethical brands around. Run by employees no bosses (#nomasters am I right?), #fairwage, plus they publish their gender pay gap report regularly (basically no gap). They’ve a pretty amazing range of products. Wow this is tasty, wow this is expensive. £3 - something for a tiny little pesto jar feels sad. However, it is really delicious. The taste is basically just condensed sundried tomatoes, would recommend for a bougie treat but not a cupboard staple.
