Penne Rigate

This homemade pasta is delicious. I never knew not all pasta is vegan. I was surprised at a few brands. This is a little pricey

Rao's is my go-to for pasta. Good value. No added sugar. Need to improve the packaging. Doesn't feel like cheap pasta for whatever reason. Spaghetti all the way but had to get one of all the varieties for the #abillionbuck. Playin the game. I may never know why so many pasta forms exist but I've come to accept thats okay. #veganisnotscary 80/90

Rao's Penne is made with 2 ingredients-wheat flour and water. I made it with a homemade butternut squash pasta sauce. It was delicious, tender and held onto the sauce well.
