High in sodium, if you aren't afraid of that it's a good treat. Plenty of protein and iron. Makes an easy go to on the go or if your spoons are low but need to eat SOMETHING at least.

I've never had non-vegan beef jerky, and I've found the UK brands to be very sweet and not smokey/meaty. With very low expectations, Beyond Meat's Jerky really blew me away. The smokey-ness is unreal and honestly, maybe a little over the top? I could still taste/smell it hours after eating 🥴 It was honestly a little addictive, I could just keep eating it over and over again!
