Organic Vegetable Broth

This is a nice classic veggie broth. It doesn't have a strong taste which gives way to the soup you're making. I can find cheaper at TJs or Target, but if I'm at WF I'll just pick it up if I need it. The recipe for the dumpling soup we made today called for 6 cups of broth. Usually that would be 1.5 regular sized cartons, but this is extra large so we only needed to open this one! Kinda high in sodium for some reason at 24% DV but it tasted really good in the mushroom soup I made 😋

Pantry staple! Organic and vegan. Not overly salty or seasoned, perfect for any recipe that requires broth. We used this to make risotto and it added a great flavor. I love having broth in my pantry at all times, it has a long shelf life and its very versatile and useful.
