Organic King Oyster Mushrooms

It’s so nice that Trader Joe’s is selling more varieties of mushrooms now! Though the price for these king oyster mushrooms (aka trumpet mushrooms) is not the best compared to Asian grocers, it’s on par or better compared to other stores that carry them, especially considering they are organic. These were good! I shredded them and cooked them in a garlic butter sauce for a pizza. They’re great in stir fry’s as well.
