Organic Japanese Shoyu Ramen

Received as a freebie but I believe the RRP is around £5.39. I thought the best thing about this was the taste of the sauce. It is very strong, very salty and rich. You don't need a lot of it on the noodles at all. The noodles themselves were a little chewy for my liking. The biggest downfall of this product is the price. I would in no way pay the RRP of this. There's only two portions in a box. I understand it is an organic product but it is hard to justify what you get for the price. Clearly marked vegan on the front and and sides. Ramen buono ma non l’ho trovato eccezionale, manca qualcosa. In generale la pasta è buona, anche se la salsina da aggiungere sembra solo salsa di soia. Per renderlo più ramen ramen bisogna aggiungere tofu, verdure, kimchi… nel complesso è un po’ caro, contiene due porzioni divise

Great to see healthy vegan instant ramen which has only 347kcal per serving and little fat content (2.2g!). Super easy to prepare and noodles are non-fried and have good texture when cook. BUT... the soup is missing so many elements that I wouldn't call this ramen soup. No depth, no umami, no complexity. When I tried the soup I thought it's just pure soy sauce and looked at the list of ingredients to check. I managed to improve the flavor by adding this and that and topped with veggies and Kimchi. But hey manufacturer, you can spend a little more time in R&D to make ramen ramen🙏
