Organic Jack Cheese

I got the queso a while back and was impressed so I had to try this one. It was kind of disappointing compared to the queso though. Had kind of a sweet smell to it and overall not the best flavor. I wouldn't repurchase this one.

I tried this cheese for the first time today. It is so gross raw. Tastes like olive brine in a bad way. The texture is weird also when eaten raw. However, toasted it becomes an entirely different cheese. Has a nice melt and stretch and the taste is pleasant. I probably won’t buy it again. It cost $5.99. I can buy far better cheeses for less.
