organic durum wheat pasta

This is the big packet #costco I only sampled one of the three … but it’s good #pasta and would work well for any recipe or dish … I did not buy the huge pack … but maybe in the future…. I do t know how they make such good food on those small carts … but they do … now if only they had a sprinkle of #veganparmesan

Found this pasta at Costco, and it has recently been a staple at my house! Made from the single ingredient of durum wheat semolina, it manages to pull off the perfect, slightly chewy texture of pasta. Because of the shape, it holds all kids of sauce effectively.
