Organic Cotton Tampons

It wasn’t until recently (last year?) that I learned that many period products are tested on animals. It never came across my mind as a possibility and I was sickened/saddened to learn that this happens. I do not use tampons very often but have them on deck in case they’re needed so it took me a bit to get to the point of needing to buy my first intentionally cruelty free tampons. Cora tampons are organic, vegan and cruelty free. The company also gives back by donating period products and body literacy resources. They’ve gone through a re-branding and their applicators are now made from sugarcane. The product worked well; no noticeable difference from ones I’ve used in the past.
