Organic Buckwheat Soba Noodles

I purchased this at Whole Foods. I used vegan cheese sauce on this when I ate it because I am a bit of a fan of weird food combinations. It was delicious. it may have been unorthodox of me to use what I did on this, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. #abillionlove

I really wanted to love these noodles as there’s only one ingredient and it’s buckwheat flour, but they’re not my favorite soba noodles. They weirdly smell REALLY bad when cooking, like enough to make me wonder if something was wrong with them and if I should eat them. Luckily the smell went away when I rinsed them and once I tossed them with carrot, cucumber, bell pepper, green onion, and a dressing made of: peanut butter, sriracha, liquid aminos, garlic, and sesame oil- they tasted fine. Just an odd experience overall. #veganin2020 22/30
