Received this mini single miso soup base box free with a shipment from Oceans Halo.
I added this broth to some miracle noodles I bought from Thrive Market! They went really well together! Topped with cilantro and later added a little hot sauce 😋🍜🌶️

Great shortcut product for miso soup and miso based dishes. Has that ocean flavor.

Now this is a good quality broth! It has a nice light flavor and it's
not overly salted. It is satisfying just by itself, but if you add tofu, seaweed, and scallions - it makes it 10x better!

This miso broth is really yummy and easy to cook with.
There's something about the kelp
ingredient in this broth and other Oceans Halo products that sets this brand apart from other ready made broths.
