I love nutritional yeast as a substitute for cheese flavours and to have it with popcorn!
I usually see this being used as a cheese substitute in recipes, but, I actually add it to my daily oatmeal. Why? Primarily as a B12 enhancement to my daily intake however, the overall vitamin & mineral content is phenomenal. The flavor is consistent with other brands, but this one has a lower price point.
