Wow! Delighted to be one of the first people in the world to try the
plant-based chicken from Next Gen Foods, a startup in Singapore that’s recreating #chicken without the sacrifice!
Ok so I have no basis for comparison since I’ve never eaten chicken but have to say that this tasted great! It didn’t resemble textures that I’d normally have. It had a bigger mouthfeel and didn’t crumble and had a lot of flavor.
Excited to see where this goes in Singapore! The tasting today was at #threebuns at Robertson Quay! 💪🏽
