Jesse has been buying this #mushroom #broth for us and has been whipping up incredible meals! The picture was of a mushroom broth, mushrooms, onion, garlic, rosemary, vegan mylk and he was trying to make a sauce. It turned out more like a soup and he added my favourite noodles - orechette! It was soooooooooooooo good. I had some of the left over sauce and used it last night to coat some ttekbokki, three types of mushrooms and air fried tofu. It was divine. This broth is such an incredible base for flavour development. It is less than $2 at Food Basics. I do not like that it is coated in plastic. #deathbyplastic
