mushroom and sauerkraut pierogi

Non sono sicura di averli cucinati bene, mi sono sembrati un po’ aspri, ma comunque abbastanza buoni, ricordano i ravioli 😸

Sadly the sauerkraut cover the taste of all the other ingredients. It's way too sour. I would not buy again

you can find these pierogi in the chilled/polish section of every big supermarket and I personally live them. truth to be told, I cook them in a way that would make Polish vegans scream, so I will not disclose much...but they are definitely good! #polish #pierogi #veganisnotscary
