Found this on sale at health food shop SuperNature in Dempsey! Used it as part of my pizza and it melts well, has a subtle taste which worked grate for my pizza that already had multiple ingredients 😛

Brought from Sainsbury's A bit more expensive than my usual cheese choice but I thought I'd try something new. When I tried it out the pack I wasn't too big on it but once I cooked it up on a pasta bake I gotta say I was pretty impressed.
