This Creamy Mozzarella from Urban Vegan is very delicious and very rich in the taste!

The best example of vegan Buffalo style mozarella that is perfect in a Melenzanne or on a pizza. Excellent for a caprese as well

Good cheese substitute. Doesn't melt that great but still delicious

Did not enjoy and is very pricy. Not nice packaging either

Aesthetically is is remarkably like dairy mozzarella. The taste is quite mild but what I enjoy the most is that it is nut based compared to a lot of other vegan cheeses that have a coconut oil base. This does make it more expensive but you pay for what you get. Great product and brand #ditchdairy
