These root vegetable fries are delicious. 👌🏼 Crispy on the outside and a bit soft in the middle. The bag comes with beetroot, carrot and parsnips fries; all really tasty. I baked them but there’s many ways of cooking them. They’re so flavorful and a nice side to any meal. I thought the flavor was really good, the texture is closer to zucchini fries, then potato fries.

When you airfry be careful about the cooking times are different
These root veggies (Carrots, parsnips and beetroot) #fries🍟 were soo good! Airfryed them on 350 for 15 min shaking them 1/2 way through! Perfect #crispiness on the outside and soft middle on the inside! I ate them with ketchup and Red Belly hot sauce! Good source of fiber, lower in saturated fat and sodium isn’t too bad.
