Mexican Style Sweet Corn Fritters

These weren’t the best - didn’t love the taste or texture, but they were good for a product to go with a barbecue etc.

Another "limited time only" product from this Aldi brand. I wanted to like these fritters and they looked good, and had a good texture but they had a strange taste to me. #veganisnotscary #mexican
