Tasty grains & beans, easy to cook or can be eaten straight from the packet. They were a little spicy but made a pleasant change to rice. Can be cooked on the hob or microwaved. I would buy them again as they keep well & are quick & nutritious.

Tomatoey grains. Packet of easy grains for soup or add to a dish to thicken. Kind of rice meets quinoa. Worth a try.
