This book has been a life-saver! I have digestive issues and trying to be vegan was quite hard before I bought this book tbh. So many things I enjoy eating and are vegan are hard on my gut (e.g. avocado, chickpeas, mushroom, cashew, garlic, onion, cauliflower, wheat, etc.) This book has helped me realise that many people have the same issues and that it's possible to follow this elimation diet for IBS and be vegan. Now I can even cheat sometimes and eat out/order takeway/buy packaged food and snacks! I just have to watch my portions and read ingredient lists. The second photo has the book's herbed tempeh nuggets and it's so good, even my family were wowed! The third photo is of their chickenless chicken (tofu), which we also like a lot. Anyway, I don't know if anyone out there reading this also has IBS, but it's estimated to affect 9-23% of the world's population. So, it's okay if you're also struggling and feeling not so good after cooking from the common recipes or eating at restaurants. They use ingredients that are healthy for most people but may not be so good for people with IBS. Hopefully, this book will help you like it helped me!
