Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce is brewed exactly the same way as all-purpose Kikkoman Soy Sauce. However, after the fermentation process is completed, approximately 40% of the salt is removed. Although there is less sodium in Less Sodium Soy Sauce, all the flavor and quality characteristics remain because it is aged before extracting the salt. However, to maintain this full flavor, we recommend using it during the latter stage of cooking in braising sauces, soups and stews, vegetables or stir-frys.

Di solito la salsa di soia è sempre troppo salata per me, per questo preferisco quelle con tasso ridotto di sale. Io la uso per insaporire soprattutto il tofu, a volte la aggiungo alle verdure saltate in padella o al cous cous, come sostituta del sale. #veganisnotscary
Questa salsa di soia non è per niente salata, è adatta per essere usata come condimento! Io la uso principalmente per fare la pasta con le verdure (la metto sia per fare il soffitto, sia alla fine per insaporire maggiormente)
Definitely a must have for sushi and other asian dishes. I love that this one is with less salt. The tradionel red one is too salty for me.
