Nachos pickled jalapeno peppers

Yum! So good! I literally ate these out of the jar! But

I love jalapeños. One time out eating with my aunt who has passed called the japalinas. Today, my husband and I call them that in memory of her. But I love them on so many dishes and these did not disappoint.

to use up the food I have in the house before going grocery shopping. Came across some tortillas so I grabbed a can of black beans and mixed these in. Obviously they are great for nachos, tacos, sandwiches. They do have a bit of kick to them They'll bite you back.
