Korean Kimchi

Vegan Kimchi! No alliums too! Best of both worlds:)The ingredients are simple & good. Just that I feel it is a little too sweet for me - I like sour Kimchi 🤣 #fulfillinggreatfinds at Zen Xin Organic wholesale & Yes Natural shop.

I’m generally not into kimchi but a friend recommended and gave me this vegan version to try which I like a lot - not as sour and a little spicy.

Thr's a new Taiwanese Vegetarian Mart in Fortune Centre n i tried this one. Tbh im not sure what is the right or good taste of kimchi,all the ones I eat hv different and various style of taste. This one is sour of course,but it has tht slight spicy (even sambal'ish) kind of taste. Works well for me so it's fine. Had this on d side together with the sour spicy instant glass noodles, and it's a great combination.

mum bought this and I finished the entire thing before remembering to take a photo HAHHAHAHA finished it in TWO SITTINGS AS A SNACK oops. quite good, very different from the other vegan kimchi found at cold storage actually. has a more sourish taste and less spicy! although I don’t recommend eating half a bottle at one go (on an empty stomach.... had to find a quick snack as I go hungry during a meeting) bc my stomach got quite upset after that HHAH

It's alright to eat, though I've tasted better. It felt like it had a weird sweet taste, and I wish there were a bit more spice.
