Kite Hill Mushroom Ravioli

Pair these with a flavorful sauce and you have a yummy dish, but these aren’t very flavorful on their own, and not a good deal when you consider the price. I’d much rather save a few bucks and get a more flavorful ravioli. The texture is quite nice and they cook up easily. #kitehill #mushrooms #mushroomlover #ravioli

Wow! Kite Hill Mushroom Ravioli defied expectations - and for this mushroom & ravioli lover, expectations were high. This product could be sold in restaurants & I imagine customers - both vegan & non-vegan - would be elated. For me, there is an issue with price, though. The package costs close to $10.00 and while it says it serves two, I disagree. (It served one when I made it.) So, on the one hand, it’s worth the splurge, on the other hand, it is cost prohibitive (for me) to buy on a regular basis. I hope as the company grows, they’ll be able to lower their prices to help vegan foods become the normative choice versus the alt choice. #veganisnotscary

I love pasta and this ravioli is great! Excellent flavor and filling. Makes for an easy dinner when tossed with some sauce and add a salad. Will definitely buy again.
