Truthfully, I dislike the taste. However, it is an excellent nutritional supplement rich in iodine, calcium, zinc and various vitamins. I ingest half a teaspoon quickly with a glass of water.

Rich in antioxidants, including antioxidant minerals, zinc and manganese, this kelp powder is a great nutritional supplement. A little fishy, as to be expected. I ingest it quickly with a shot of water.
This kelp powder tastes really awful in my opinion but I do not like seaweed flavors so this makes complete sense.
Added this to my chickpea tuna mayonaise. Added great flavor
