I really like this as a replacement meal and after workouts. I add hemp heart seeds and sometimes banana. It’s really good on its own too blended with ice.

I was skeptical about this meal replacement shake, but the two flavors I’ve tried are tasty. I tend to get low blood sugar and when I felt it coming on today, I whipped this up quickly and it helped. It is very expensive-$70 per bag which only lasts two weeks (15 servings), but if you subscribe, it’s $10 cheaper. It’s full of amazing super foods, but not sure if it worth the high price. Also, bag is not compostable and a big plastic scoop comes in every bag.
I use this for my protein shakes every day. The vanilla flavor is very good and has 25 g of protein per serving. Definitely a good buy.
I expected this stuff to taste like grass but it’s AMAZING!!! They tell you to blend it for best results but I put it in a shaker bottle with coconut or soy milk and it’s about 350 calories of absolutely delicious, frothy, chocolately goodness! #veganprotein #kachava #uplandspeak
