Incogmeato Burger

These patties smelled pretty promising as they were cooking, but the taste was a bit underwhelming. There’s a weird flavor that reminds me of soy floss. These patties are also a little dry compared to Beyond patties. The texture is very good, though.

This fries well and is not dry. It tastes similar to the Impossible and Beyond burger. I also improvised and crumbled it into a bolognese sauce and it was delicious! #veganin2020

If you think Vegan food is boring...you're doing it wrong! I enjoyed every single bite of my Incogmeato burger. I added avocados, tomatoes and cheeze to it. Yum! I will definitely buy this again. 🙌
