This really reminded me of eating meat in my childhood but not in a good way 😅 as I remember really hating how difficult to chew it could be, this chewy, fibrous texture 🥴 horrible, and this was quite similar So I guess they achieved what they wanted to with this product?? Daging stik analog. Plant based steak and it’s halal!

These had a very meaty texture. Made from mushrooms. Very chewy after putting in the air fryer for about 8 mins on high. #vegansteak #steak #indonesian #greenrebel #halalcertified #halal

We had this product cooked like steak. The texture was amazing. Almost meat like. You would need a sauce to go over it. Highly recommend it.
