Il profumo sa di formaggio ma non la consistenza. È una polvere molto sottile, utile a insaporire ma non a condire (almeno non in piccole quantità!)
It tastes good, but you have to put a lot on your food to taste it. I would say it is not worth it.
Alternativa al formaggio grattugiato, ricordo del viaggio a Berlino 😆 Consistenza ben più simile (se confrontato con il lievito alimentare in scaglie), sapore così così… nel senso che è buono, ma poco presente, non ha la sapidità forte del parmigiano/grana. Se però ci fosse in Italia, probabilmente lo acquisterei ancora!
