Ginger and Apricot Slices

2 ginger had apricot plant based cakes with a coconut and almond base and a chocolate topping. Vegan, gluten and wheat free. I would but these again. 😋 #veganisnotscary

Really yummy ! Chocolate flavour with some nuts for texture. Really good,healthier than other cakes I guess.
