Really enjoyed this as a dessert option, so thick and creamy. I did find the biscuit base a bit too sweet. Definitely recommend
Delicious vegan cheesecake. Slight hint of coconut in the scent, but I did not think it came through in the taste — a good thing in my opinion. Just the right amount of sweetness and saltiness. The only thing that could possibly have made it better would be a more substantial base—though I did enjoy it as is and wouldn’t want to sacrifice any content from the other layers. What naughty little treats! They are the perfect size so they don’t feel overwhelming sweet. They also come in the cutest glass jars which you can reuse.
