This is a nice cheese alternative and works well on pasta, bagels etc. It doesn’t melt properly but it’s rare a vegan cheese does.

It's not properly an alternative to mozzarella, because once cooked the texture is not the same. But, imho is a good cheese alternative to add to pizza, lasagna and other dishes.
