this is pretty stinkin good for boxed mac n cheese in my opinion. the pasta itself is a bit weird if you're used to regular glutinous pasta because it's kinda gummy and the noodles are smaller. no complaints about the cheesy sauce though😋 makes a heaping bowl-full or enough for two if you're eating lightly or eating other foods with it #vegancheese #macandcheese #cheesy #instantnoodles

I love the herbs in the white cheese sauce! One of my favorite mac n' cheese flavors I've tried. However, I'm not a fan of the gluten free noodles. They're not terrible, but they are kinda gummy/chewy.
