Cioccolato fondente al 72%. Il sapore è molto buono, è amaro ma non troppo. Nonostante si definisca extra amaro, lo zucchero che è il secondo ingrediente si sente, soprattutto per chi è abituato a fondenti con percentuali maggiori. Adoro!
