Firm Baked Organic Tofu: Smoked Paprika

Very nice tofu. Has a very firm texture and tastes great when cooked. Smokiness is quite subtle though. Had it cut into cubes and fried with some ginger soy sauce on rice and it was delicious.

This was a homemade butter tofu & jugo bean curry. Next time I'll definitely make it with roti.

Tofu is so so so good, I could eat it everyday for dinner, if you haven’t tried it yet, do yourself a favor and give it a try, it’s full of flavor and so yummy 😋.
