Good soy meat you dont even need to wash before preparing but its a little bit difficult to give this meat a good flavor.. even after cooking you can still feel soy flavor. But better that nothing i guess! #soymeat #veganmeat
Pre-cooked soy meat from Marukome’s Daizu Labo line. There are three types– minced, fillet, and chunks. This one is the filet type, perfect for chicken-like recipes. I use it in salads and sandwiches 🥗🥪 Since it’s already pre-cooked it’s very convenient! But I find the taste a bit strong, so I always rely on seasonings🧂 and sauces to make it extra delicious. Also, it may seem a bit expensive but I always get 2-3 servings out of one pack, so it’s quite reasonable in my opinion.
Very easy to use. Made a tasty stir-fry. The texture is no different from dry soybean chunks, of course. But it’s easier to use because it’s already been cut and isn’t dry.
Knew of the dry version, but first time trying this one! I cannot say how close it is to meat, but guessing it is a goid instant food to have for emergencies and ppl missing meat
