Fall Zuchette Pasta

I love Trader Joe's fall products and this is a really fun one! This pasta has butternut squash as one of the ingredients and is shaped kind of like a pumpkin! I made a creamy acorn squash sauce to go with it. #veganisnotscary #pasta

This was a fun pasta and delicious. I paired it with sautéed sweet potatoes and pumpkin curry and it was amazing !!!

We had this with the Daiya Cheese Sauce to make Macaroni and Cheese. Fun, seasonally beautiful and delicious.

Not all that different tasting from a standard wheat pasta. Very adorable shape! Hard to get the right texture without breaking apart. Nice, fun fall pasta to try but will most likely not repurchase.

Happy October, happy full moon, and happy autumnal vegan eating! I love when Trader Joe’s has shaped pasta, especially when they also have added flavor to them. These pumpkin shaped noodles are fun to look at and fun to eat. They break pretty easily if overcooked, but with enough sauce no one will notice 🍝 #veganisnotscary
