I was looking for a vegan and waterproof eyeliner and found this one from Catrice. They did not have a tester, so I couldn't see the brush and I was disappointed when I opened it. Catrice is a super affordable drugstore brand 🌿 This 24h waterproof eyeliner is a little over R80 and the brush tip is thin and easy to use. 🐇🌱 It is the best liquid eyeliner I have used, and I would recommend it for liquid eyeliner beginners! 🎉
