LOVE this block. Really scratches the cheese itch. If it just had some grainy bits it would really bring to mind manchego.

I got this as part of a pack at the grocery outlet. This one smells exactly like the Applewood smoked one. It melted nicely on my Tostitos and tastes pretty much the same as the Applewood one, which I love. It's maybe not great with salsa though 😬
This was part of a trio of cheezes in a festive platter, and it was probably my favourite flavour of the 3.

We love this cheese! It has a great texture and the taste is addictive! It was awesome to find it on sale too!
